How quickly will I hear back?
Every message gets a response, usually within one business day. Custom couture and commissioned art enquiries can take a little longer, since the atelier reviews these personally before replying rather than sending a holding note.
I have a question about my order.
Include your order number and the email you used at checkout, and the order can be pulled up on the first reply instead of the third. For shipping timelines, duties, returns, and care, the policies pages have the full detail and are usually faster than waiting on a response.
Can I request a private styling appointment?
Yes. Request one through the form on this page and say the occasion and the date you are dressing for. Aurra, the House's personal AI stylist, is also available at any hour to build a considered look for a specific occasion, with no appointment and no account needed to start.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes. The atelier accepts a limited number of custom couture and commissioned art requests. Share the occasion, the timeline, and any references through the Connect page, and the atelier will tell you what is possible, and what is not, before anything is committed.
Do you take press and interview requests?
Yes. Send accreditation, imagery, look book, and interview requests to press@houseofnova.io or through the form, choosing the press subject. Founder Nova Lorraine speaks on fashion, AI, and creative practice, and her work has appeared in Forbes, Essence, Vogue Italia, and on The View.
Do you sell wholesale or work with stockists?
Yes. Wholesale, stockist, and trade enquiries for the House's own collection are handled on the trade page. Licensing Aurra, the AI stylist, for your own store or app is a separate conversation and lives on the Aurra for Business page.
