You may browse, share, and purchase from this site for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

Exchanges and final sale

Stocked pieces can be exchanged for the other size within 14 days of delivery. The Phoenix Cape and the Toast Coat are cut to order and are final sale. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any piece. The Exchanges and returns page sets out the full terms, including your statutory rights and what happens if a piece arrives damaged in transit.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, and copy on this site are the intellectual property of House of Nova Holdings. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

House of Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
